The die-cutting process convinces with speed and tight tolerances at the same time. A liner exchange can take place directly in the process and materials can be combined with each other.
Our die-cutting processes are camera-monitored with residual dirt particle scanning and contour scanning and enable the most accurate results through immediate correction options.
What is possible?
There are now almost no limits to the designs. The material can be die-cut both partially and fully. Die-cut inner parts can be removed and it is also possible to die-cut finger lifts.
Contrary to the expectations of many, very filigree work is also possible with die-cutting – we are already able to produce web widths of less than 1 mm with the die-cutter. This gives you a high degree of flexibility.
Do you need single parts or is it advantageous for your process if the part is supplied on a roll? Both are possible!
