Our employees are the cornerstone of the company. It is important to us that everyone enjoys coming to work and that there is a pleasant atmosphere.

We are all on a first-name basis here and maintain a respectful but relaxed relationship with each other. We have a flat hierarchy and live by the principle of the open office door. We are very proud of the team spirit and the great working atmosphere. 

Even though work is certainly the one thing that connects us all the most, we also like to spend time together outside of work. Whether it's our summer party, the Christmas party, one of our hikes or a running event in the region. Of course, only those who want to participate do so.
