We are all on a first-name basis here and work in a very familiar environment. We are a team that works together - especially when things get stressful.

We are looking for people in the team who can see where something needs to be done, who are willing to do tasks without being asked and who are happy to take on responsibility. During the training, we are of course always there for you if you have any questions.

Our trainees are very important to us – no one is here to make coffee or just to take the "tedious" jobs. We want you to feel that you belong and that's how you are treated. In return, we expect you to take responsibility and that we can rely on you.

We value reliability and punctuality. Unfortunately, Alfeld does not have good traffic connections, so you should make sure that you can reach us easily even if you do not yet have a driving licence.

By the way: Your school-leaving certificate is of secondary importance to us. It is important that you want to learn something and that you want to work for us.
