Laminating

Lamination offers many possibilities for further processing. Adhesive tapes can be joined together or the thickness of the material can be increased, and even materials that are not inherently adhesive can be made self-adhesive.

What doesn't fit, is made to fit: according to the wishes of our customers, we can produce single-sided, double-sided or partially adhesive. We can produce material configurations up to a width of 1600 mm and bond up to four materials in one process.

A unique and new product

By laminating different adhesive tapes, for example, a completely new product can be produced. In this way, products from different manufacturers can be combined or surfaces can be linked that otherwise cannot be combined.

Material matching the application

It can happen that certain applications require a specific material thickness, which is not always offered by the manufacturer. Laminating allows the material to be laid on top of each other so that it fits the application exactly.

Bonding, what otherwise does not bond

The adhesive tape can also be laminated onto a foam, for example, which can then be bonded. This expands the range of applications. In the automotive industry, this is often used for sealing, insulating and damping applications.
