Hybrid production

Rotary laser and die-cutter in one – under the name of hybrid production, we have developed a machine that combines a total of six processes into one and thus combines the advantages of all processes.

1. Corona pretreatment of the surface
The special pretreatment is designed to make a printing on a siliconised surface possible by roughening. With this technology it is furthermore possible to prepare materials optimally for bonding.

2. Coating/layer laminating
The next step is to lay the foundation for an individual product according to your requirements: Material combination, liner change – everything is possible, just according to your wishes.

3./4. Lasering and die-cutting
The biggest special feature, however, comes next: the combination of roller laser and punching. Here, the machine can now laser the most filigree parts and carry out the die-cutting process directly afterwards.

5. Inline printing
If required, the carrier liner can be printed on the reverse side before the parts are inspected in the final step.

6. Camera Inspection – Tube Scan
The built-in Tube Scan is an inspection system that is used for 100% monitoring of the die cutting/laser result. It documents produced quantities and detects defects and contour deviations – even on reflective materials such as metal foils.

The use of our hybrid machine offers you the highest process accuracy and a finished product "on roll" that is optimally prepared for further industrial processing.
