The Charta der Vielfalt is an initiative to encourage diversity in companies and institutions. The signatory companies make a voluntary commitment to diversity management. The goal is to promote a working environment in which all employees experience equal appreciation and promotion.
By signing the Charta der Vielfalt, we want to send a clear signal for diversity in the world of work and express our appreciation for all employees - regardless of age, ethnic origin and nationality, gender and gender identity, physical and mental abilities, religion and world view, sexual orientation and social origin.
Our society is more diverse and differentiated than ever before – making it all the more important to stand up for
respectful and appreciative cooperation. And a company in which diversity is lived not only offers a more pleasant working environment, but at the same time leads to everyone contributing their potential in the best possible way and also promotes diversity of ideas.
