- You are obliged to comply with the applicable accident prevention regulations, waste, hazardous substances and environmental protection regulations during your work. If in doubt, please contact your client.
- All machines, devices and other work equipment used to carry out the work must be in perfect condition and inspected in accordance with the applicable regulations. They may only be used in the prescribed manner. At the end of work, all machines and equipment must be secured against unauthorised operation.
- Only remain where you are required to be due to your work assignment. Entering other parts of the company is not permitted.
- Prohibition, mandatory and information signs and corresponding markings must be observed.
(Applicable document: Brief instruction on floor markings) - Rescue and escape routes, emergency exits and fire brigade access routes must always be kept clear.
(Applicable document: Escape and rescue route plan) - The use and storage of hazardous substances brought onto the premises must be reported. If necessary, the safety data sheet must be available.
- All hot work (burning, cutting, welding, separating, soldering) may only be carried out after approval. Provide suitable extinguishing agents.
(Applicable document: hot work permit, to be filled in analogue) - Lifting platforms, cranes and forklifts may only be used after instruction and authorisation.
(Applicable document: Brief instruction lifting platform) - For your own safety, use the personal protective equipment required for your work.
- Work on electrical systems may only be carried out by appropriately qualified personnel.
- If waste of any kind is produced during the work, it must be disposed of properly by the person responsible.
- Industrial trucks must be given right of way throughout the company.
- The service provider must have a valid risk assessment for the activities carried out by the external company. The employees must be instructed in this regard in accordance with the applicable regulations.
