Is there anything you can do about the price?

This is probably the most frequently asked question to our project management. And in part, you can answer it with YES. You think: What a cheek - why not offer cheaper!? We are happy to explain:

The decisive factor is what information we have about the process!

At the beginning, we often get highly complex drawings that contain so many "extras" that they would drive up the price enormously.

However, as soon as we dive deeper into the process with the customer, we experience again and again that less is more and the part meets all requirements even in a reduced form.

In the same way, it may be that small optimizations of the self-adhesive molded part can extremely shorten the subsequent process and thus ensure savings.

One application – three designs

Here you can see what influence the design can have

Basic – €

  • continuous liner (cover film)
  • attached touch tab
  • rough mould contour

Comfort – €€

  • two-part liner
  • finger lift made from liner protrusion
  • rough mould contour

Premium – €€€

  • Three-part liner
  • Finger lift made from liner protrusion
  • Recess as positioning aid
  • precisely fitting molded contour

That's why one thing is all the more important:

The more information we receive about the processing procedure, the better we can adapt the appearance of the molded part to it. This is precisely what can have a decisive influence on the price.

So: what do you really need? We help you find out exactly that!
