The thermally conductive adhesive tape connects components with high power dissipation efficiently and securely to their heat sinks without the need for additional fastening solutions such as pastes, clips or screws. They are therefore frequently used in the fields of electronics and electrification, test and measurement technology, LED lighting, medical technology, e-mobility and batteries.

Thermally conductive adhesive pads

Thermally conductive pads have high thermal conductivity and high dielectric strength. They are very soft, adapt perfectly to the surface and therefore have a gap-filling effect. The pads also have vibration-damping properties that reduce mechanical stress on the components. The silicone or acrylic material is particularly suitable for applications requiring very high thermal conductivity. They are therefore frequently used in the fields of electronics and electrification, test and measurement technology, LED lighting, medical technology, e-mobility and batteries.
